- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪You pay for a premium service but when you don't get that service, you know you so t be going back. My dog came home without the bath that he was supposed to have (so I had to give him one asap when we got home), which makes you wonder if my dog got all the extra attention that I also paid extra $$$ for, twice a day. When I called to discuss, I was fobbed off with excuses and lies. I was also offered a complimentary dog wash on my next visit! The wash is supposed to be complimentary on every visit, so I wasn't being offered anything I shouldn't have expected anyway. I cannot recommend this kennel, they have lost my trust completely. If you decide to leave your dog there, check out the kennels. A piece of vet bed material on a board is the bedding. Nothing cosy or comfortable about this place.Caro JonesApril 30, 2017
